Charge too much for canceling the booking.

The way my transaction handled was very helpful. Had trouble with credit card. They were very patient we me to get the problem fixed.

The man I spoke with very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient while listening to what I needed and was able to help me book the flight easily.

Their price beat all the other competitors by a mile. I was skeptical at first, but the tickets were processed and I am just impressed. It was easy to reach someone on the other line to communicate a couple of things. There was no pressure to add on other travel benefits - simply a target to get the best price by the company. Simple enough. Want to note however that it did take a day to get tickets confirmed. I was nervous that prices would continue rising, but the price was just better than everywhere else.

Your agents send emails which company can not met you book specific and they change it results in lower classes ,pay for thing I don’t get I had to talk to 6 different agents not one able to help overall just a bad experience

Farehold.com was a great experience, getting fair pricing for a flight I needed to attend a wedding. Emily did a fantastic job getting a great price for our airline tickets and kept in touch with me every step of the way! She was able to answer all my questions and resolve any issues I had with getting my seats and putting my one pass number on my ticket! She called me back several times to make sure any issues I had were resolved and was pleasant and helpful the entire time! When I told my niece about farehold and what a wonderful experience I had, she said she will use farehold on her wedding invitations for people to use to attend her wedding cross country! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Emily, you were truly the best!

Experience was great,only 2 takeaways, was told I had seat choice, but didn't and initial fare raised after I had to call. Overall customer service was great and informative

Total con. Kayak did a compare with them and they had fares/flights not otherwise available. I filled out the information, gave them my card, and NEVER heard back from them. I locked my credit card just in case after. I chatted with them on their website and initially they said "3-4 hours" but eventually stopped responding. Phone number went to voicemail never returned.

online experience was confusing saying that i could not pick seats, but I thought - southwest never picks seats!
Then, I had pending purchase for over a day. I don't think I saw that printed anywhere. Not sure why it took so long.
Then, I tried searching for the reservation and found the tickets were not distributed yet.
Then, a person called me and was very confusing on what to do on the southwest site to find the reservations. For some reason, searching for the reservation on the check in page versus the managing reservataion page made a difference but the caller kept trying to say "my trip page". Finally, why would i have to reply to the email and say that the etickets were received. That is a dumb way of verifying delivery in today's times. Something more automatic should be used in addition to directions on where to find the reservation in the southwest app should be delivered with the etickets.

Beware guys, this site was a 3rd party vendors agent. I booked a flight out to California and got an amazing deal for a family of 4 with Delta airlines. Within a few hours I got an email stating that delta has put a hold on my discounted price Farehold told me they have a similar flight out with united airlines for just a few hundred dollars more. After searching to see if I could beat that price I couldn’t find a better deal. I decided to go with what they offered. 3days goes by and I still haven’t received my e-tickets. There was a lot of back and forth with these people. Finally I decided to call Delta and check if there were in fact placing a hold on the discounted rate, they had no idea what I was talking about. I immediately contacted Farehold and of course I did not get an answer. Mike, Sam, and Vance, shame on you. You guys picked the wrong person to play with. I booked my rental and all which is non refundable, now the tickets are 3xs the amount I wanted to pay. I don’t even have it, all I wanted to do was visit my sick grandfather but these people got in the way and messed up my plans.
