Once Mike took over handling my flights, everything went wonderfully. Prior to that, I was lied to by Vance Victor. I called the help line and left a voicemail. However, no one called me back. Mike , on the other hand, answered every email in a timely manner. He gave me honest answers and never promised anything he couldn’t keep. I would definitely use your company again as long as Mike handled my requests

Such a horrible experience. DO NOT USE. Vance told me everything was booked, got confirmation, and said to wait 48 hours and I will get the tickets. I waited. I called 72 hours later and they said to wait another 48 hours. I emailed again, but I didn't get a response. I called at 9 AM EST and got yelled out at by Vance for calling too early. 6:00 his time. Then, I called back and they said Delta is not giving the discounted rates. They asked if I wanted to fly United but into a different airport and $700 more dollars.

They never informed me that this was not going to go through and now all prices for flights have doubled and now I have to drive 9 hours to my destination. Horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever. Was confirmed tickets and even got to pick our seats. Reservation disappeared a few days later and delta said that farehold never paid for the seats. Was told some of these places work out of there house.

After 2 days they told me it would be an extra $100 and I would have my tickets in 24 hours. No tickets. When I emailed them, they sent me an itinerary from the airline. Contacted the airline and was told it was just a reservation and no tickets had been paid for. Contacted Farehold again. Was told that I needed to wait another 24 to 48 hours. I asked them to please cancel. Not sure what their scam is, but something is not right with this company.

I must say I was a bit skeptical at 1st with the legitimacy of this as the airfare was the best we have found. Amanda quickly made me a believer though! Her follow up was prompt & professional. Once she confirmed our flights and completed the booking, I received my confirmation shortly thereafter. I am so happy and highly recommend FareHold!

I have already sent a note on Emily Miller and how well she did. GREAT. THe only thing I didn't like from Fare hold is the huge difference in price from online pricing rates advertised and what I was quoted. It was still let than normal airline prices but substantially higher than advertised pricing. I. Don't. Care much for bait and switch but it was less than other quotes so I took it.

So far, very easy to maneuver. The lady at Customer Service very friendly and helpful.

I am not happy with my recent transaction. We originally booked the tickets for 1839.20, and we were charged 2373.43. I get that the fare update, but when I booked the tickets i expected to pay that amount. I will never book through this website again.

Mike was very responsive and patient. I had a problem with my card, and he helped me fix it. Once it was fixed, I didn't hear back right away, but I got the tickets a day later.

Price and booking were on point. I appreciated the follow up phone call to confirm that the e-ticket was received-- never experienced that type of customer service. I would utilized their site again.

This is the reason we will only turn to you for our future flights this customer service representative was professional courteous to the point and seem to really know what she was doing and take an interest in our needs A+ 10 stars in every way she was exceptional with us and most deserving of my time to write this review. Keep up the good work you have our future business that is guaranteed

Vance was amazing! Very polite and thorough. He was patent and kind and even called me back later to take care of the boarding passes for me. He was very professional!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst scam ever. Once you have gone through with the "purchase" online, they call you to tell you they cannot honor the price and offer you the regular price you would find ANYWHERE else online. Don't use them, it's a waste of time.

Farehold agreed to a fare for my family to travel of 285/ticket. Vance Victor then sent an email asking me to call. When I spoke with this man, he told me that the minimum fare I would have to pay is in fact 540/ticket. He kept telling me to go look on the United website where I'd see that the price was more than what he was offering. This company engages in bait-and-switch tactics; avoid. Hopefully they won't charge my cc anything ...

We are enraptured with this company. The kind attention to every detail, every minor question, every qualm I had regarding flights was answered in a timely manner. The staff is exemplary and very patient. I count our lucky stars for having found this amazing company.
