Thanks to Mike Reed's persistence, he was able to secure us our round-trip flights within our budget. Not only was he able to do this for my family of 5, but for my sister's family of 5 on the same flights. Overall great experience.

This was my first time using Farehold. I spoke with Vance Victor, helped me through the whole process of finding my airline tickets. Vance calmed all my worries about flight times and layovers. He found us tickets that suited our preference,plus the price per ticket was unbeatable. Vance Victor is the person to talk to if you are on a budget for your travel. The only thing I did not like about this site was there service fees. But a plane ticket for $630 round trip, and no layovers. Can not be beat. Thank you Vance for your help. Vance was amazing! He called me and talked to me about my airline reservation to make sure everything was good. Than he called me the next day to tell me he got my reservation finalized and wanted in the phone to make sure I had gotten it in my email. Had a great experience I would definitely use them again!

I placed a reservation in December for travel in February. I contacted customer service today to request the reservation number for the flight check in. Rep stated that I never responded to the reservation email confirming the information. Rep stated that a I was responsible to respond with "I AGREE" to their email back in December. I read the original email and it does not state to respond to complete reservation!!!
My reservations were never made at the December price and now I have to pay $1000 more! *(current price) to get my family here!!
I was told that their email may have gone into my SPAM folder. They accept no responsibility for that problem.

Vance was solid. He worked hard to book quickly and find me the cheapest and quickest flight available. Solid work!

Vance was so helpful to me in finding a good fare. Even after the first flight I wanted fell through he found me another flight at the same price. Thank you !!!

I will continue to write a terrible review for this company until they decide to answer my phone calls or even return them. I am still arguing with them about the overcharges for my tickets and now when I call they put me right on hold and never pick back up that I have to hang up because it's been so long. They don't respond to any of my emails and the last time I called and they finally answered they told me a manager would call me back within 24 hours and never called back.
A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WOULD HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN.

Mike was very helpful and patiently working out with me for the diff time and requests i was asking to look in to it. He helped me to get a good deal according to my needs. Mike provided great customer svcs and follow up with me until the booking is final & confirmed.

The agent, Mike, was excellent and very professional. He helped with the booking very quickly and also communicated in a timely manner when there was a flight change. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

I am super happy and thankful for the services provided by Mike in getting my tickets at the price which was agreed upon a day before (Dec 30) and he holded the ticket for 24 hrs however the ticket was voided and hence he went extra mile to get my tickets approved with the same price quoted on Dec 30 which is appreciable. Kudos to Mike on his excellent Customer Service skills which is way beyond expectation. he was polite, courteous, respectful and friendly on the call.

Bryan was good too. He helped me with my payments and he was patient enough to confirm my E tickets. He was polite, courteous and respectful I really appreciate his patience..

i was worried when i first read there reviews., but my they surprised me with the kind of customer services they have. i booked a flight for Honolulu for 5 passengers and within the 24 hours of making the reservation i received tickets on my email. There were couple of emails they asked me to reply upon but i am ok as there was no change in price. I got the best deal. looking forward to work with these guys again.

This customer is HORRIBLE. Bought tickets in July 2023 for my husband and i to go to Punta Cana. They were trading our tickets 3 times. Finally we were 15 days away from leaving and still had no plane tickets called them spoke with Mike, and he then tells me that i would have to call Delta and pay full price on what they were selling tickets for. I will never deal with farehold ever again!!! i called Delta and explained to them about everything and they apologized and gave me the tickets for what i bought from then Delta said they could see farehold canceling out tickets and trading them for other flights. NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE COMPANY!

It took for ever for me to know if my flight is guaranteed and made it difficult to plan my trip with confidence. At the end my flight was switched from Delta to United with additional charges.

Just used Farehold for the first time and it was so easy. it also saved us a ton of money. This will be my goto every time we book airfare.
