Had my van in for Mot which it failed was told they would price parts and get back to us.
Phoned several times over the next few days to find out if parts had been sourced and felt they couldn’t wait to get off the phone.
On the 3rd day they decided it wasn’t a job they could do had they told us this at the beginning we could have had it booked in somewhere that could fix it straight away.
Lost a full weeks work because of this won’t be going back .
Poor customer service

I think I was taken advantage of because I was an (old) female who overruled my husband .Ross called me early Thurs 28th May to say that my brakes needed a calliper, discs and pads and said it would cost a thousand odd pounds. My husband said ‘no way’ and I (annoyed) thinking that they know their stuff just said ok do what’s needed. Turned out that I didn’t need front discs at that time..Husband brought them home _ Ross said that if they weren’t replaced I’d be back in 3 months needing them changed. I believed him, but I will go around 400miles at the very most in 3 months..I did agree with my husband that it was expensive and checked out prices for genuine Audi parts. - Less than on invoice - no mention of labour time or costs on invoice so I phoned. Apparently they used top quality Frodo, not genuine Audi parts. I asked how much they charge for labour and was told … £114.00 per hour which includes VAT……. I am gobsmacked.! I wont be back … my own fault but I should listen to my husband in future. Lesson learned and still feel I was taken advantage of. Young guys were very polite and attentive .

Good price, quick availability,easy drop off and pick up.

Fast efficient service ,but tyres fitted were cheaper than those ordered . Still waiting now over a week for refund on difference of cost.

I liked the fact they could do the service on Saturday morning. Easy to book on line. I didn’t like the lack of acknowledgement when I arrived. Just a simple , “I will be with you shortly” would have been fine. No, good morning greeting, no happy smiley face just Mr Grumpy. No explanation of what had been done just a receipt, handed the key and told to walk out to the back yard through the workshop. Had to go back in to get my book stamped which I wanted done.
Didn’t get any nice vibes from my first visit.

After booking a 09.00 slot for slow puncture repair or tyre replacement, car taken 09.20, only because customer before me had a replacement done as tyre puncture irreparable.
