The online ordering system was painless and turning up at the given time slot and the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. Only drawback was when I arrived the guy on the desk tried to get me to cancel the tyres I already bought and pay an extra £150 (split over the 4 tyres) for a different brand to get better warranty and free puncture repair for the life of the tyres. I understand upselling as I am a sales rep myself, but maybe don’t try as hard the next time!

A great customer service at Farmer
A great customer experience at Farmer Autocare in Bathgate. We were just hours away from our holiday bound airport run, when we required a vehicle inspection due to a worrying noise. I was concerned we would not be able to have this done in time, but Farmers were understanding and kept the car for a few hours so they could fit our inspection between their scheduled jobs. Inspection and repair completed in good time. Great customer service.

Paid for air-con recharge, but received invoice only
I had my MOT done in March (2 months ago), and proactively, I have also asked that my air-con be recharged as summer is coming. It's hard to test it in Scotland when it's around 12C. Last weekend it was 23 °C in Edinburgh and the air-con didn't work at all. It's clear that they did nothing with it, but charged me £125 anyway.
