Fast Skips Avis 

Skip was cancelled by this company and I still await a refund. This is definitely not good service

Came when I requested it and picked it up early when I asked. Also cheaper that anywhere else I could find

Not a happy customer. I booked a skip for a house renovation that my wife and I are taking on. Online, I was told the skip would arrive on Monday. It’s now Wednesday, and still no skip—just a few hundred pounds out of pocket and a pile of rubbish left at the front of our house.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you need a skip, go local. These cowboys can’t even manage the one job they’re supposed to do: supply skips.

Not impressed at all. I booked and paid for a skip last week and not showed up, the booking showed as available for delivery today.
I have booked to have renovations done in my new home, I called fastskip 9:10am they confirmed delivery today to then be called at nearly two hours later and told that an” error” on the system allowed me to book the skip and that no skip would be delivered today.
If you need a reliable service please don’t use Fast skips they’re not fast at all but to add more stress to mess up the fact that you’ll be relying on a prompt service. I called about a refund which I was told to “leave it with them” and promised a callback this hasn’t happened.
To top it I have had to spend well over two hours of constant calling to go to a sister company who can’t help and then have to say that I, hoped the calls were recorded as my next one was going to be to trading standards for their failure to provide a service they confirmed and failed to deliver and have taken money for.

Excellent service bang on time for delivery and collection

They delivered the skip days late despite me speaking to them and stressing how important delivery date was. Despite booking in collection first thing Monday morning, they are saying it can’t be collected until end of the week. I think they need to change their name from FAST Skips.

Unfortunately, I was unable to score zero which I would have picked given the option.
Avoid if you can. I ordered a skip to arrive on a specific day, it didn't arrive. The next day, I waited until 12.30 and rang them, and the explanation was the company hadn't put the order through and they would try and get one out to us that day but couldn't promise. I told them to forget it and pay my money back. That was the only thing that went right.

Would I use again definitely not. Don't even bother asking for the skip to be moved earlier as they say that this incurs a fee. I addressed this point to as there is nothing on their website that states removing a skip earlier would incur an additional fee even though they state, if you would like your skip removed earlier you can ask to do so - no additional fee mentioned anywhere. I was told the website was wrong and my response was if it isn't written anywhere you cannot insist on a fee.
I wish I had read other reviews before booking - lesson learnt, I won't be booking again!!

Ordered a skip for a week and 9 weeks later it’s still on the drive! The house sale is tomorrow and still the skip is there after me chasing for weeks and weeks, I would never use this company again !

The ordering process was easy, I was telephoned to confirm details of skip, the delivery and collection happened between 7am and 8am on both dates and the overall price was very competitive.

The email order confirmation stated 'Unless advised otherwise, our fleet will deliver and remove the skip between the hours 5am -5pm (Monday to Friday)'. I queried this on pickup and was told they did not actually open before 6am so you do not need to be up for 5am if you need to be there for the skip to be dropped off and picked up if needed.

The skip did not come on the day it was booked for and took a number of phone calls to get it sorted out

They have a booking system so I booked for Friday then the company rang me at 3:30pm on Friday saying that can deliver can we move it to Monday but said no as that was no good for me 🙈

Had to cancel order. After booking no email confirmation until 3 days when chased by phone call and they informed skip delivery will be 3 working days after plus weekend in middle so 5 days late, it was booked for special job due to building works.still waiting for full refund. I will pay more to other providers and at least get on time.

Booked a delivery date on their website to then be told they don’t have availability in that date. Once skip was delivered getting them to collect it is a nightmare, B&M don’t answer the phone and on email they stated they’ll collect the skip sometime in the future. Basically using my drive as storage solution for their skips.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a skip a week before to be confirmed by the website it would be delivered on the Wednesday.
On Tuesday the day before I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver the skip till Thursday due to high demand. I was ok with this until the following day which was Wednesday the original delivery day only to receive another email making up more excuses for the new delivery date of Friday. Now two days late. I called them up to explain how angry and frustrated I was with all of this. Only to be met with a company attitude of so what do you want the skip or not. No discount offered so I cancelled the order. Had to wait a full week for a refund. I’ll never use this service again.

Shockingly bad customer service.
Skip arrived 2 days late which held up tradesmen competing work.
Unable to speak to anyone about the issue, answer machine only.
Left messages but didn't get a call back.
No reply to emails.
Still waiting for a call back about collecting the skip.
Worst customer service I've ever come across.
If you're thinking of using this company due yourself a faver and don't bother there utterly useless.
