Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful, he ran to the stockroom three times grabbing different Jean styles and sizes for me and was so friendly and polite the whole time! Thanks so much, definitely made me want to return to the store.

Excellent customer service post sale
Purchased few items online, delivery was prompt, and products of the quality expected. I had to return a pair of shoes (size too big) and the staff at the shop were really lovely and fuss free.

Change your software for PayPal returns…
Change your software for PayPal returns in store and also get your store renovated in Edinburgh George street as metal is falling apart.
I had paid for my item in full and I even informed staff and manager about it been fully paid but they said I can’t return in store. Also my new top got worn due to metal on your till broken which was sello-taped and taped was pealed. If you are charging good money for clothes, you might as well get your shop till repaired.

Very helpful staff and great clothes
Very easy to use website, one article I was looking for had changed name since last bought and is now only sold through next but the store in Edinburgh checked their stock of a slightly different variant which was not the size I needed than checked all the other local stores eventually telling me it was available in St Andrews, bit too far to drive so no sale sadly.
The other three items I needed weren't in store so they were bought online, very easily done and delivery was very fast and as promised.
All three were true to size, lovely quality, well made and very very comfortable
All in all great shopping experience and helpful staff, will certainly be back.

I just love this jacket
I just love this jacket! It's lovely and warm and feels pretty windproof. I've not tried it in the rain yet, or with the hood out, but pretty certain it'll do the trick. Fits me well (size 14, 5ft 8"), and even has room for my large shoulders (most jackets don't fit my shoulders properly unless they are roomy!). Great buy!
