Great personal service from staff

Return no problem, wrong size, my fault, I lost weight 👍. Changed for different shirt in the right size. All good. Staff always helpful.

I’m a Fat Face Faithful
Lovely to have a local store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to collect items ordered online as well as buy from the store and very convenient to return items too. I found some great sale bargains recently! Always good quality, stylish and very wearable.

I returned a jacket
I returned a jacket, bought last year but one which had strange patches on it when I washed in a cool wash. The staff were very helpful and offered a credit note.

I love shopping in Godalming fatface…
I love shopping in Godalming fatface store. The shop is cool and airy with lovely staff. Theres lots of room in the changing rooms and good lighting.
Theres always a great range of clothes and the quality is super.
