Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

I Love Fat Face
I love Fat Face, just love it. I have purchased a LOT of clothes from them for me as well as my husband and other family members for a number of years. The quality is great, styles suit all age groups and they still have a store in my local smallish town, which is a huge bonus. Great to still be able to see clothes ‘in the flesh’ and try them on before buying, in the old-fashioned way! So easy to collect purchases or drop off returns when bought online too. The staff are immensely helpful without being too pushy.

I love shopping in Godalming fatface…
I love shopping in Godalming fatface store. The shop is cool and airy with lovely staff. Theres lots of room in the changing rooms and good lighting.
Theres always a great range of clothes and the quality is super.

Good service
This is a present so I can't vouch for its satisfaction but delivery to the store was quick. Shirts rolled up for less packaging which is good.

Great denim and knickers - wash beautifully and last for ages!
Easy online and helpful, friendly in store service.
I bought the dungarees (baggy, easy to wear soft denim and deceptively feminine,) which are a great price and my usual purchase of three for the price of two knickers. I have not bought any other knickers but Fatface for years. They are long life keepers - so pretty, great colours and patterns and sad though I may be, I enjoy choosing them to match my outfits even though they go unseen (which is sad, on so many levels!)

exceptionally helpful staff
I tried to buy a pair of jeans in store and wanted to pay with a one for all voucher but it would work. The staff in the Godalming store tried everything possible to help me - they couldn't have done any more. In the end I ordered jeans and a top on line and had them delivered to godalming store. Staff were so helpful with returning the top. Excellent!

Same day collection would be a bonus!
The ordering process was straightforward and the website is fast and easy to navigate. But why no same day click and collect? The item was in stock and could have been picked up without the need to go online and wait three days. As my local store has closed, I didn't want to travel without knowing availability. Otherwise, a positive experience and the member of staff I spoke to in the Godalming branch was really friendly and efficient. Thank you!
