I returned a jacket, bought last year but one which had strange patches on it when I washed in a cool wash. The staff were very helpful and offered a credit note.
Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

Buying too many things!
I take my human into this shop most evenings, because they give me biscuits. My human says its getting very expensive because she keeps buying lots of clothes. I like going in for a cuddle with Jessie and a biscuit. Sometimes I get two which makes me very happy. I've explained to my human that we will have to keep seeing the nice people with the biscuits, even if she cant keep her purse closed.

Good Internet Purchase …
This item (a pullover) was selected from shop stock (so we knew what it felt and looked like) and then ordered via the Internet as there were none of the correct size in the local Fatface store.
Very satisfied with the garment when it arrived (via click and collect) from the local store.
