I returned a jacket, bought last year but one which had strange patches on it when I washed in a cool wash. The staff were very helpful and offered a credit note.

Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

Brilliant store collection service!
The item ordered is brilliant and the collection from store service was excellent. It arrived at the store much earlier than expected and the member of staff was very helpful. Item was handed over in a lovely package that had a handle for easy carrying. Great service!

Lovely coat
Lovely coat, warm, stylish and keeps me dry even in the wettest weather, the only criticism I have is the zip could be a better quality, sturdier and easier to close, this one seems quite jerky rather than smooth running, would probably add a little to the cost but would be worth it.

Good choice!
Well shaped wide leg trousers. Unlike some that I've tried they were not too wide.
Quality of the material was good. I haven't washed them yet tho'. Sizing was accurate. By choice I would have liked them to have been a shade longer but they are fine. Overall I'm very pleased.

The hoodie I purchased was way to big
The hoodie I purchased was way to big, I took it to the Fatface shop in Godalming where I received superb service. Jesse the owner accepted the large one and ordered a new smaller version for me and it arrived a few days later. Wonderful, I now have a hoodie that fits perfect. Thanks Jesse and Fatface

Delightful Branch
Jessie is always so kind and personable with us when we visit. My OH was trying on trousers for an event tonight and she couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s always been a similar, joyful experience in the past when I have shopped for women’s clothing items, and returns in the store are quick, easy and efficient. Feel terribly sorry for them with their fitting room issues at the moment which is totally out of their control and the addition of the temporary fitting room is great. The store is always well stocked, well cared for, and feels like an independent shop with its own feel (especially the dog visitors wall!). All the staff are great.
