I returned a jacket, bought last year but one which had strange patches on it when I washed in a cool wash. The staff were very helpful and offered a credit note.

Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

You can always guarantee a friendly welcome at this store. Staff are helpful and another bonus is you can bring your dog in with you and there’s always a treat available. I use this store frequently as I can guarantee to find my size in the garment I’m interested in buying.

Badly described item
Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

I was in Fatface in Godalming today
I was in Fatface in Godalming today. The staff (Jessie and Sophia) were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They entertained my daughter while I was shopping, which meant I was free to look around. The is always a really great at
atmosphere in the store. It's really nice to be greeted by name.

Failed click and collect…
Went to pick up my click and collect parcel, but store opening hours had moved from 9am to 9.30am, so had to go back another day!!
