Great service

The sales assistant was so helpful, wrapping up my parcel and printing a return label. I wasn't even buying anything but he went out of his way ho help. Great service and I will be back.

Train your assistants better.
I tried on the skirt in the shop but it was too big and the assistant said that it wasn't available on line. Disappointed I left the shop only to find that it was!!
Ordered it and am VERY happy.

Staff in the Harrogate store are…
Staff in the Harrogate store are always polite, friendly and helpful.
The clothes especially their dresses are lovely and the sales are amazing, one of the few high street shops left that is still worth a visit.

Always love your fit of your shirts.
Always love your shirts as they are a perfect fit for me. Size M. The material is lightweight which will be great for warmer weather, and go for the smaller checks.

I used to love Fat Face and still do…
I used to love Fat Face and still do shop here quite a lot. However a couple of recent purchases have been disappointing. A pair of joggers were made of very thin material and then bobbled after first wash. Then a cardigan shrunk a lot even though it's meant to be machine washable. I just don't think they are being made to the standard they used to be.
The shops are nice and friendly and it's sweet they allow dogs in. However I think they should have to pick them up as I've nearly fallen over dogs leads when I've been in the small shop with two separate dog families who have left leads trailing behind rails. Also the dogs rub against the clothes and sniff them. I'm an animal person but I understand some people are not and may not appreciate animal hair or dribble on a £120,00 coat.
