Very efficient
Very efficient, but having trouble with sizing, but that's a problem with most outlets. Had to return item to shop but was delighted to find lots of other items. And will definitely buying more, lovely colors and designs in your shop.

Recent order.
I placed an order online to be picked up in store. After over a week I still hadn’t had any contact to say my order was ready for pick up. I emailed and told them what had happened and within a day my parcel was ready to be picked up. I tried on the item in store as it is a 25 mile journey to my nearest store, it didn’t quite feel right so I returned it there and then. The staff in store were really helpful and friendly.I did reorder in another size this time to be delivered to my home address.

Sizes are inconsistent. Same size in a different colour is not guaranteed the same fit.

Denim jacket
I was going to buy a denim jacket, unfortunately the size was not in store. The staff were so helpful, helping me try on the correct size in other colours. I then ordered on line and received the jacket. A perfect fit. 🙂

FatFace has become our favourite brand
FatFace has become our favourite brand. I like the quality and design of clothes, these are comfortable to wear and look great. I absolutely love childrens line, beautiful designs, and very reasonable priced. Never issues with the sizing. Staff at Inverness store are extremely nice. Thank you FatFace!

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. As promised parcel arrived. Our store does not have a wide range of sizes so girl in store ordered the item said it would be delivered to my home address on Friday and it was. Beautiful shirt, lovely material and great fit. Typical great quality from Fatface. Just wish we had a bigger store with more choice and sizes.
