All the staff were welcoming
All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I went in to return items I had bought on line but the fit wasn’t right, someone helped me find something with a better fit so I exchanged my returns rather than getting a refund

Service in the shop was perfect, item out of stock in my size in the shop. Store ordered for me and delivered in a couple of days. Love Fatface clothing.

Staff were very helpful and friendly as always, but the computer/till system went down when I was about to pay. Luckily I was able to go to a nearby bank and get cash instead as I had my bank card with me (recently I've just been using Google pay so this wasn't usual!). The staff were very calm and dealt with it professionally.

Today I went looking for a light pair of cargo style trousers . Staff were so lovely friendly and very accommodating and also pointed out as I work in a school I csn get 20percent off . I was delighted and although I have bought lots from fat face I will be returning more regularly with this offer.

Love Fat Face. My go to shop of choice. Guaranteed quality clothes. Soft fabrics. Comfortable, and excellent fit and wearability. Great range. Always updating the stock, and with a decent size range, this keeps me coming back. Staff are always helpful and friendly in this branch.

Don’t pay by PayPal and try to return in store
Ordered and paid online by PayPal. Tried to return goods to store, with accompanying order receipt, as advised on delivery note.
I was told that a management decision is that you apparently can’t return PayPal paid items in store and have to send by post. This isn’t stated anywhere I have found.
I then asked for a gift card instead to exchange for something else and was again told no as they don’t know what I paid, despite the fact I had my order acknowledgement!!
Really can’t understand why they offer PayPal payments if they’re going to place such restrictions on customers.

I can understand your frustration about the accessability of PayPal returns and whilst we do outline the PayPal returns specifically in our FAQ's online, we are working on making this more visible.
Once you have posted your return, you can email us a picture of your proof of postage to customerservices@fatface.com and we can look at getting your refund processed ASAP.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Inverness store while up on holiday. Ailsa helped me out of a sticky situation and I am very glad she was there to help me. The team was very friendly. I would definitely be coming back to this store if I am passing through again.

Helpful staff
Merchandise attractively presented, and a good representation of FatFace products. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Fat face is my “go to” destination for clothing when shopping in Inverness.

I absolutely love FatFace
I absolutely love FatFace. Quality clothing. Yeah abit on the pricy side.. but your paying for that great quality and I'm happy to pay it. The difference I can see and feel with the clothes compared to standard highstreet brands are miles apart. Very happy.
The lady who worked there that day was very helpful, welcoming and kind. Didn't feel like a customer (which was great) she gave me advice after I asked for it on a few items. She was great!
