Customer care is excellent
I have purchased clothes both online and in store recently and love the items I have bought. The lady in the Kendal store was lovely and very helpful. Some other brand stores could learn a lot from her manner and willingness to help.
I understand the need to charge postage for online purchases but I feel that there should be a cut off figure to qualify for free delivery.

Nice dress but not as advertised
I bought a dress from Fatface which was advertised as a 2 in 1. The brown version of it is a dress and separate jumper over the top but the blue one I bought is all in one - not a dress and separate jumper. However it is a nice dress but not as advertised.This may disappoint some people. The retailers in the Kendal store are ver6 helpful

We're sorry to hear that the dress wasn’t quite what you expected.
We can confirm that the Noa dress product description explains that the jumper is designed to layer over the dress, and the images aim to show how the garment is constructed. The images do show that this is two separate items.

Big on quality great on style
Great quality clothing and great service as always. Best choice in the High Street or online. Most importantly they offer tall fittings - most welcome when you are 6 feet 6 inches tall!

Met with indifference
I thought the member of staff who served me when I went to collect my order was very indifferent to me. I felt like he had better things to do than to help me. Not very impressed.

Our local shop in Kendal was so helpful.
I rang our local shop in Kendal to enquire if they had a pullover in my daughter's size for Christmas. They didn't have the size, but kindly rang round other branches nearby, and located one in Kirkby Lonsdale which was reserved for me to collect this afternoon.

Brilliant service
I ordered two skirts to get the size right. Delivery was really prompt for both skirts - much less than the given times. The return for the unwanted skirt was also processed really quickly. I think your service is excellent (plus I love your clothes).

Love the shops, online site is great, clear pics and descriptions, like the reviews, both good and not so good, gives a good idea about sizing etc, more videos of items would be good, especially on more average shaped models! Staff in my local store friendly and helpful, shop well laid out,somewhat limited in lines they carry due to size of shop, otherwise a great store!

Always reliable
Bought these trainers to wear in Australia but had to leave them in Oz - no room in luggage. Delighted to find them still available. They walked me along the Great Ocean Road, into the Sydney Opera House, and through the streets of Melbourne. Walking me around my home town now

I’d already bought this button-neck heavy-knit sweater for my husband in-store in Kendal, and he liked it so much, I bought another for him in another colour online (as the store no longer stocked it in his size). He loves that one too
