I’d already bought this button-neck heavy-knit sweater for my husband in-store in Kendal, and he liked it so much, I bought another for him in another colour online (as the store no longer stocked it in his size). He loves that one too

I was sent a present from a friend that…
I was sent a present from a friend that unfortunately did not fit and was unable to exchange in store as they had used PayPal to checkout so had to return the whole lot by post. I think it’s ridiculous. Now fat face have lost a sale of £270.

Love my Simone dress, lovely design and quality, to add to my collection (5 now)they wash beautifully on a delicate cycle, ordering on line is so easy with quick click and collect, just wish they stocked plus sizes in my local store
