I am very pleased with the black pair of Anya cropped linen trousers I bought in the sale. They fit perfectly in my usual size. The high waistline is flattering and the linen keeps its shape. Collection from my local store was easy.

Tobias at the Norwich store today
Visited the Norwich store today. Tobias made the experience the best I've had in a clothing store. I asked whether he knew if they had a certain type of trouser. He asked me to wait and brought me back options to look at. I tried them on and bought a pair. It was so lovely to have such an easy shopping experience. The 2 other members of staff in store on the dressing room and on the till were also very helpful. Thank you Tobias, I love my new trousers handpicked by you!

Great staff
The staff member was very friendly and helpful. My dress is beautiful and looks more expensive, I’ve had lots of compliments.

Wide variety of sizes
Wide variety of sizes. The staff were friendly and helpful without being in your face-a sometimes difficult balance. Good quality clothing but can be a little pricey, you get what you pay for.

Excellent Sunglasses purchase.
My husband saw and tried on the sunglasses in store and we ordered them on line. He picked up the glasses in the time allowed and is very pleased with them. Thank you FatFace.

Great service and products.
Collection from Next stores makes Fat Face so much more accessible. The clothing quality really is very good especially in this day and age when there’s so much rubbish around. Sizing also good …. so sick and tired of having to multi size order as I could be anywhere between a size 12 to 18 in other brands!

Love the clothes they look good and last well. Only issue when ordering online if they give you a day it should be delivered in the morning not at the end of the day.
