Poor customer service
Part of my online order did not arrive on time to the shop and I was told rather than have the missing item from the shop - which they had - i had to return for the 2nd parcel. As I live an hour away and was not planning to come back to Norwich this was very inconvenient.

My fat face review
My experience on my fat face purchases. I was checking my emails and I saw fat face was having a quick sale so I gave it a look ended up buying five items. One was a jumper lovely and warm and well made. I bought a lounge wear long sleeved top which I liked so much I bought another three in different colours. Which got the approval of my wife so I know I done good 😂

Just love my faux fur bodywarmer
Just love my faux fur bodywarmer it is just what I imagined it to be , the quality is excellent and it fits me just as I want it to , I would have liked it to be a bit longer in the body for it to be perfect , so maybe FatFace will do a fleece bodywarmer longer one next time and if they do I shall buy it for everyday use.

Great service and great quality
Always helpful and friendly in store and online platform easy to use, efficient delivery service or collection.
As well as recent items I purchased for my husband which I have to say are well made and lovely fabric with a quality feel to them, I have also purchased a few dresses for myself over the last few months, excellent fit, beautiful fabrics and design, the collection this summer was outstanding and the store in Norwich are always so attentive and helpful, have been an advocate of your products over many years and the items last well and always fit into fashion which is an achievement these days.
Keep doing what you do well.

Disrupted collection and faulty order
My husband went to the Fatface store to collect the parcel and was told he needed to go to Next. To be fair, the email did state 'our Norwich Hayhill store' - thats the address of the Next store. But it is almost opposite the Fatface store and I missed the reference. Clearer indication eg 'our Next store' would be great.
The biggest problem came when we opened the parcel. We had ordered two pair of pyjamas , one for each grandchild. The boys pair was fine. The girls pair was the top only, it cannot have been checked before despatch. So my husband made a special trip returned to the Fatface store the following.
The staff there, as always, were super helpful and apologetic. The item is now out of stock and cannot be re-ordered. Our grandson has a new pair of pyjamas, our granddaughter does not.
