I ordered a few items on line and returned the ones I didn’t want to keep to my local store. This was very quick and easy and will await my refund in the next few days.

Norwich shop very good
Had a fantastic time in the Norwich shop on Sunday - it was an awful day, pouring with rain, but I was greeted by a lovely young chap called Ivo who had a big smile on his face and helped me find the top I was looking for. He even kept my husband entertained whilst I tried it on. Could not ask for better, more enthusiastic service - will definitely be shopping there again!!

Great and efficient members of staff. Lovely environment also! I was looked after by Summer who was extremely helpful in finding my daughter a great new Summer outfit! Never a bad experience!
