Ordering & return process easy but one size does not fit all
Fatface offers a wide selection of good quality clothes. Locating what you want is definitely made easier using the filters. On a few occasions, unfortunately, I was shown sold out items in my size which was frustrating.
Speed of delivery was amazing and the returns process is easy to follow.
I bought some capri pants. Love the style but sizing is off, for me. I have a pear shape - small chest and waist, larger hips and legs. I find that to get the legs just wide enough to squeeze into, they fit tight like leggings but the waist is massive. I would love to be able to buy Fatface clothing that fitted my shape as the quality is great and whilst it isn't cheap, it is good value for money as the garments do last. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly which is a big tick from me.

I wanted a shirt ( in the sale ! ) the shop didn't have my size so I looked online ( though I'd rather buy in store.) eureka! It was available with free delivery to my original shop, it was delivered within the week & an email telling me...fabbo...sorted...thanks !!

Norwich shop very good
Had a fantastic time in the Norwich shop on Sunday - it was an awful day, pouring with rain, but I was greeted by a lovely young chap called Ivo who had a big smile on his face and helped me find the top I was looking for. He even kept my husband entertained whilst I tried it on. Could not ask for better, more enthusiastic service - will definitely be shopping there again!!
