Megan in the Plymouth store was amazing! She was so helpful in getting different sizes for me, and offered a really friendly and honest opinion when I asked her thoughts. She was an absolute asset to the store and made my shopping experience a dream. I found the perfect dress to wear to the event and walked away a very happy customer, thank you!

I visited the FatFace store in Plymouth. The service was excellent by the staff especially Claire & Carly. They helped me find the perfect outfits. They went above & beyond to help me feel better about myself when feeling low. I bought the outfits. Really pleased & happy to revisit again.

Excellent Customer Service
I received excellent customer service from Ben who took the time to go upstairs to the stock room to try and find the blouse I wanted in my size. He brought down two blouses in another colour so I could try the size I asked for. As it turned out I needed a smaller size. I would not have made the purchase if he had not been so helpful. I have to say, all of the other staff were very helpful as well.

Went into the Plymouth store today had requested some jeans to be held back for me for collection. Sam could not of been more helpful or friendly with us. I purchased the jeans plus other items and he ordered another pair on line for me. Many thanks Sam!

I have visited FF every time I go into Plymouth and always chat to the staff! Have done this for over 20 years!! Love the clothes and always pick up something for myself or my brother’s family that live in Oz
