Ordered online, collected a few days later. Great Henley t-shirt. Fits perfectly and colour goes with fleece.

I had a very enjoyable trip to the Plymouth store yesterday. I had my two young children with me so didn’t expect to stay long. I just wanted to try a jacket on that I’d seen online. However when we entered the store, Ella, one of the assistants invited my children to take part in an Easter Egg around the store. She gave them hints to find the eggs when they were stuck and they had a great time. I was able to browse more leisurely at all the new arrivals and it was much more enjoyable for me too knowing the children were occupied and not hassling me to leave the store. Ella even gave them a prize when they found all the eggs! Great idea Fat Face Plymouth!!

I first saw the item that I purchased in a store in Plymouth but not in my size. Once I had a look on line I appreciated the ease of purchasing. The site was easy to operate and the delivery was good. Free returns if required but the size was perfect and quality very good.

Great service and product

We popped into to Plymouth FatFace store as this is our daughter's fav shop. At this time she is living in South Africa, so it's not something we can exchange if we get it wrong. We meet Chris, what a fantastic help he was. Very friendly and made us feel that we were not a nuisance, when we obviously were. We called our daughter discussing sizes. He even searched out a measuring tape for me. All the time smiling he went the extra mile to assist us. Thanks to Chris we bought three lovely dresses for our daughter. What a great asset to the company. Thanks to Chris we will be back.

Megan was very helpful locating a pair of chinos. The other staff were very friendly a pleasant shop to browse and purchase quality items.

I popped into the Plymouth Fat Face store just to take a quick look. I hate shopping and avoid it like a plague. I spotted a gorgeous jumper and found a denim skirt to go with it. Feeling overwhelmed with so many choices I wandered into the store some more. I needed to try them on. Well what happened next bowled me over. I was helped by two fantastic ladies, Kirsty and Claire. They went above and beyond by listening to my needs and bringing item after item down to the changing room for me to try. I accepted their help and was amazed at the outfits I tried on. Okay some were disastrous but they had a keen eye to what suited me more and off they rushed to bring an alternative. By the end of what seemed like a few hours I had so many clothes to choose from to buy I struggled to decide. I couldn’t thank them enough, they were so fun and brilliant to be around. They put me at ease and didn’t make me feel inferior or stupid. My whole life I’ve been useless at clothes shopping so this experience really boosted my confidence. Thank you both for being so incredible. Ps I hope you have a fantastic birthday party tomorrow. You deserve it!
