I bought jeans
I bought jeans. The same as the previous ones and they fitted well. Collected from the shop so tried them on before I left to check they were a good fit. All was good and easy.

Amazing staff in Reigate
Lovely and great quality products as usual. Needed to change 2 items (wrong size) bought online and the staff at the shop was really helpful and everything has been done in 5 min. Happy.

Order came within a few days. Kinda pricey for a sweatshirt but fatface quality is consistent and I know I’ll give it tons of wear. Staff in store are personable, fetch my order swiftly.

Had the best experience in fatface…
Had the best experience in fatface yesterday. Emmy was very helpful and nothing was no bother. Tried on a number out outfits and went outside my comfort zone with one too which I received a lot of compliments whilst out yesterday. I will be sure to return.

Callum was so helpful at the Reigate store ,I phoned to check stock availability and he arranged for a pair of wellington boots to be ready for trying on today. He even gave excellent directions to the store and where to park. Cant thank him enough, very helpful and customer service superb.

Great experience I bought a penny poncho in the recent sale - it was too big so I returned it using ILocker and bought a replacement I picked up in store - love the poncho great product and good service all round
