Speedy delivery and really lovely item although it wasn’t right for me. Came up quite large so then sized down but that was just a bit too small. Staff in Reigate are wonderful!

Always such good, friendly service and love ethical clothing. Less leather or more leather alternatives would be a bonus and vegan labelled shoes/clothes.

Disappointed that I was unable to take back an online purchase paid via PayPal to my local store. Is this new?, not happy at having a wasted journey, this should be made clearer when you buy online. I’ve never encountered this with fatface before.
