Placed my order online which I received quickly. I stupidly ordered 2 items exactly the same. I returned the extra item directly to the store which was very straight forward. The staff were lovely and very helpful and received my refund promptly into my bank account. Will definitely use website again

Great returns policy but staff member a bit stressed.
Great returns policy. Deliveries to house good on the whole, with only one parcel delayed. Would have given 5 stars but staff member dealing with my store returns was a bit 'off' with me, telling me not to put all returns items on counter at once and that they had to be dealt with receipt by receipt. I got thus, but her manner could have been less terse. But maybe she had had a difficult day, so I tried to do exactly as she said.

The process was very efficient and my order arrived at my local store even earlier than anticipated.
The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful when I went to collect my order.

Popped into the Stirling store looking for a lightweight neck scarf. Thanks to the helpfulness of Alison, my wife also bought two dresses that she looks stunning in. Thanks for all your support and advice. We will be more than happy to shop with you again on our next trip back to bonnie Scotland.

Great clothes and service
Great clothes at very reasonable prices. Delivery was to the local store where the staff were 1st class. Fat Face never lets me down.
