Superb customer service at Waterloo station FatFace. I bought footwear and the super helpful man who rang up my purchase reminded me I was eligible for a discount. He was really lovely and i’m a very happy customer. Thank you!

I’m normally size L but it’s fitted me more like XXL!

Not the first time I've purchased from FatFace. Also not my first time dealing with the staff at London Waterloo. They're fantastic. Cheery, helpful and hones (left my wallet on the count only for them to come to me and give it back! Fantastic people and bloody good clothes

Great service at Fat Face, Waterloo, London …
I have been a customer of Fat Face for years. I often visit the Fat Face store in Waterloo station and can’t fault the service I receive every time I visit. Whether it’s to pick up an online order or buy in store, Amber and the team are always ready to help. I would recommend visiting this store for the range of products they have in store and the service.
