Payment plan options didn’t work; otherwise fine

Haven't received the product yet but the process of purchasing was super easy and we're very excited to receive it and start building!! The Easter deals were brilliant too :)

Very easy to place order. It did take us a while to choose one though 😂 because there’s to many nice ones to choose from but really happy with our choice ☺️

Ordering was really straightforward, and the site gave helpful suggestions for accessories that make the build easier — things I wouldn’t have thought of myself, like the slide anchor. We’re really looking forward to receiving it and seeing how much our 5- and 6-year-old enjoy it over the next few years.

Nice products

Good selection of products to choose from at competetive prices. Offer to increase warranty to fifteen years provides extra confidence in the quality of the product as does the fact the product is manufactured in Germany. Straight forward ordering process too. Overall, a positive experience thus far.

Really straightforward experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, products were clearly laid out, and it was simple to understand what I was buying.

I also liked that it suggested useful extras and add-ons I might need, making it easy to order everything in one go rather than coming back later.

Checkout was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a very smooth buying process, and I would happily use them again.

Consider changing the delivery company. I never received a 2 hour delivery window as promised. As a result I missed calls from the driver, who also went to the wrong address for unknown reasons.

Fatmoose were alright once I reached out to them. However I strongly suggest you change the carrier company you use. Dhl freight was not impressive.

Also, your service could be improved by giving customers the option to delay the delivery and select a nominated day or day range.

Such a great company for climbing frames, Fatmoose wins hands down against competitors in regard to style, choices, colours, maintenance (already treated wood) and addable accessories. Really excited to watch our set grow with our children!
