Made a mistake of not checking these reviews in advance. Ordered a swing set and was promised delivery last Friday in time for childs birthday. Now its Tuesday and my emails are getting auto responses that they are too busy. I rang today spoke to a girl called Nadia and was promised a call back with an answer. Got an email instead that my email has been forwarded to a relevant person. Disaster!!

Terrible experience
Purchased large tree house set based on delivery of 4 wks, as was committed by customer service at time of purchase. Bought for a birthday and now no sign of it. I have emailed them and called them repeatedly and every time all I am told that it's still in production and when it comes into the warehouse it ll take up to 8 working days to deliver. So even if it comes into the warehouse today (it won't I checked), it will be over 2 wks late than what they committed to. What a disaster. And the fact they have no clue when they will receive it.
Customer service is terrible. Everytime u email them they say they will respond within 2 days, and infact rarely do so.
So disappointed.

Don't Bother. Waited 7 weeks for delivery. Parts missing, they don't answer the phone and no reply to email. Complete let down.

All pretty straight forward really.
Minus one star for a bit of confusion about a link in the confirmation email to confirm the email address to complete the 'subscription'. No obvious link in the confirmation email, but perhaps another email might appear which will make it all very clear! Very much looking forward to getting our new adventure equipment!!

Great range of different climbing frames available. Very simple to buy. There was an issue when trying to pay but I think that was my bank rather than the website. Second time there was no issues. Looking forward to receiving the climbing frame and setting up for the kids to play on!
