What went right is probably the better question. What went right? It finally arrived and the kids love it...however the lack of communication and stress caused from buying the swing would not encourage me to buy from wickey ever again.
When first ordered they told me they couldn't find my order payment and despite sending in bank records etc to show this I continued to get mails to say this. Id family saying I was being scammed and to contact the bank. I didn't as I then read reviews from others saying the same happened.
They have VERY POOR communication. My order took almost 2 months to arrive.

When it arrived the product itself was grand. Husband and dad put it together easily enough. Definitely needed two people.
Would I buy from this company again? Probably not.
Should you?
If you dont mind waiting months and chasing your order then absolutely.
I know im not the first for this to happen to so please do so with caution.
I wish this was more positive as the swing itself seems good!!

Overall it was a good experience.
Trying to make payment was tricky. The system kicked me out a number of times.
Just one small thing to note, the delivery dates are very far out which is a pity with the kids being off for the summer, it would have been nice to have it sooner.

Easy website to look at lovely swing sets and climbing frames.
Cant wait for it to arrive and enjoy putting it all together

Received the package in an disgraceful condition, teared apart, missing some timber part and quality of some of them not great

I bought a Wickey multiflyer swing slide climbing set. It arrived from Cologne in Germany on time (3-4 Weeks) on 1 pallet to my house. It should have been on 2 pallets for better protection as a lot of the wood is longer than a pallet. Firstly, nothing is labeled (Not the end of the world) but more importantly nothing is drilled. You need to predrill the wood as some of the fixings are close to corners and edges and the wood can split if you don't predrill. All dimensions are on the small manual (A5) but have your glasses handy. You've effectively paid for wood, a cutting list and a manual. Marking and drilling puts the onus on the customer for any mistakes and not the manufacturer. First day, sorting and drilling wood and I got half assembled with help. It IS a 2 man job. Along the way I discovered there seems to be variations in the design, between what was on the screen and what the manual says you are building. I thought (by the picture on the website) I bought a split level unit with a wooden roof and 2 swings, according to the manual I got a single level unit with vinyl roof and 1 swing and a rope ladder. Oh and I'm missing parts to build that! I rang the "Hotline" 11 times, a Dublin number that nobody answers and cuts you off. Only call that was answered was to sales guy who obviously couldn't help only to tell me to fill out the online form. I filled that out with missing parts and I got a reply 5 days later looking for part numbers from the manual which I had put on the form. I replied a few minutes ago.........My 3 year old completely understands the situation when he looks out the window at a half built fun factory!!

I was very disappointed with the product, I would have expected that the holes would have been pre drilled in the wood to make the assembly easier and quicker, I have noticed that some of the wood is poor quality, with splitting and bowing to some of it, considering the overall cost of the product I have to say that I am disappointed,

Clear website with easy to use add ons and options

Wickeys website was simple to use, lots of images and videos of the products and so many options to accessorise. Looking forward to getting our swing set!!

Very happy with the overall experience, great product at a reasonable price. It has taken a long time to put it together, so no rush! Easy delivery and the girls love it!! 10/10

Site looks grate and have nice products. But when I tried to apply the coupon code for 10% discount was always returning invalid code

Great selection of products and suggestions of how to make the frame more interactive! All the parts needed for setup!
