The kids absolutely love the new addition to the back garden. Our little boy with Autism has not come off it since it was assembled but he’s happy and needs the sensory input. Thumbs up all round 👍🏼

I ordered a slide and telescope
I ordered a slide and telescope. Delivery was slow with no means of tracking. When it arrived found the quality of products to be poor especially for price. Slide was advertised as coming with "a water attachment". It didn't come with this feature only a plastic coupler at the back. When I questioned this I was told you simply drill the slide yourself and sand. That to me is like being told you are getting a window and then be told just cut it out yourself, I could have done that anyway. The quality at the top of the slide is not great and after one day showings signs of use. Would not use again nor would I recommend to a friend.

Overall a very positive ordering experience... the order page "crashed" on my first attempt to buy but given it was Black Friday perhaps the server was a bit overloaded by people trying to buy.

Great experience, arrived on time even with bottleneck issues in Europe! quality is great solid and sturdy, there where two parts missing which I emailed about and received within 3 days :) brilliant customer service! would recommend, slightly expensive but you get what you pay for :)

A loving piece of garden furniture
A loving piece of garden furniture, sturdy and weather proof. The kids (aged 5+7) had a ball this summer and will have lots of years of fun with this product in the future. It has a sandpit, slide, house, etc. They love it!!

We bought the ghost rider…
We bought the ghost rider from wickey for our 2 boys and they love it. My husband and I followed instructions and put it together easily. A couple of pieces where missing but the company promptly sent the items without any bother. The service was prompt and helpful.

Worth the wait.
The delivery was delayed but it was well worth the wait. Very sturdy, lovely vibrant colours and great quality. My two boys love having their own playground and have had hours of fun and laughter with it. I do wish that the templates for the flags ect were pre cut but all in all very very happy with this product.

As good as you’ll get.
It took a while to arrive, but with hindsight it was due to shipping issues during COVID restrictions. The product itself is very good. Kids absolutely love it.

Brilliant product
Ordered my wickey flyer and it arrived only a few days later that was expected. Delivery was to the door and had no hassle there. Assembly was easy although we did add a few bits to the roof to make it look a bit "homier". Our little one loves it.
