Some of the timbers were cracked on arrival but the team at Wickey sorted this and shipped replacement wood straight away

Great swing and slide unit!
Got this lovely unit in the summer! Great service as slide component arrived in good condition but was damaged at home! Free replacement was sent straight away - marvellous service!

best thing I’ve brought my boys
Even though the delivery took a long time once the product arrived I couldn’t rate it more excellent materials and instructions took a couple days to put together but was fun as easy to assemble and understand. Fantastic quality my boys absolutely love it thank you

Fun, Work, Play
I found Wickey to be effecient and kept me updated all the way through the purchess process. The product was delived as sheduled and in excellent condition. Assembly required but it was well designed and instructions were good. It took about 2 days in total but the trick is to be organised and allow plenty of time. The kids love it and spend my hours enjoying the outdoor fun.

Could have been better.
Good value for money and lots to choose from, but the instructions were a disaster and some things should really have been done, like the roof and flag were a nightmare and could have easily been precut for us (I assumed they would be) and the wood was very rough, there were so many cracks and big ones and the wood had splinters all over it. The order was also missing the megaphone I ordered but when I contacted customer service they immediately sent one out, and it was at my house in a few days, so the customer service is great. My three-year-old loves the jungle gym so much, for that alone it was worth it. I really hope it lasts.

Good product, found Wickey good to deal with
Product arrived in lots of parts, but instructions were very good.
Good, solid product and most importantly the kids love it.
They was one item missing from initial delivery, and Wickey shipped a replacement without any fuss.

The product itself has been very good
The product itself has been very good. It needs 2 people to assemble and setting the posts in concrete has made it very stable. Unfortunately I have to mark it down for the length of time it took to deliver the product and the amount of chasing I had to do to get updates.

From start to finish a real pleasure to deal with. Delivery arrived on time with all components present and intact. Assembly instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Great quality for the price. The climbing frame is a great hit with the kids. Definitely would recommend.

Our kids love their new climbing frame
Our kids love the new climbing frame. It's really sturdy and looks well in our garden. It took my husband and his father 1 or 2 days to put together. It took a few weeks longer for us to receive the delivery from Wickey and I had to follow up a few times with them to see what the delay was but the customer service team were helpful. Would recommend the product and company to others.

Great initial point of contact - customer service
Called the customer service number to confirm that there were no hidden costs and anything else required for the play set I was about to purchase. The gentleman on the phone was politely and clearly answered all my queries. It's great 1st point of contact and it added to my confidence in the company I was about to purchase from. Just placed my order, hopefully the delivery experience and the play/swing set itself will be as great as the initial customer service I received.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company, a nightmare to deal with.
Ordered a play set worth €1500 on the 4th June 2021, supposedly shipped on the 24th June 2021, no sign of it and customer care definitely don't care.
I've emailed, messaged and rang them countless times at this stage and no one cares and no one can give me a tracking number or a straight answer, it's always, wait two more days and if it isn't delivered then call back.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
If my issue gets sorted I might consider changing this review.
UPDATE: 6th Aug 2021: 2 months have passed now since ordering and I've still not received my climbing frame. Wickey say they have shipped another one so lets see........

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I would advise to avoid at all costs. I ordered in April and over two months later am still waiting on delivery or a delivery date. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions both by phone and email. I have received conflicting information in relation to the status of my order, with promises to follow up not upheld. They don’t appear to have an effective way to track orders and customer service do not seem interested in following up or trying to resolve the issue associated with lack of delivery.
