I found it extreemly difficult to make this purchase,
I have been making efforts since Saturday and also had to contact my bank to get them to release the funds, even though we have credit facilities way in excess of the amounts requested,

After weeks of research on climbing frames I have decided to go with this product seems to be very good quality and excellent design I am 100% confident that it will meet my expectations

I will deduct one star due to unfair pricing it says free shipping but the shipping is not free as shipping is included in the overall price . the same product on the Netherlands website is €250 cheaper and the reason I am told is because the shipping is cheaper

I have just completed my purchase of our climbing frame and am so excited to receive it. After much research, FatMoose was by far the most competitive in price and quality. Their customer service was super helpful as I had some questions before placing my order, all of which were answered immediately and in great detail. Can't wait to get our frame set up now!

Great range of products, but as usual there seems to be higher prices charged on the Irish website than others - e.g. Hippo Playhouse in Ireland €640 / Hippo Playhouse in Germany €380. I know it is a German company but that price difference is not justified.

I've just placed my order. The process so far has been very well supported. Questions are quickly and appropriately answered via the messaging function. Product dimensions are very well displayed. Information on the wood is easily located. You can pick what is you preferred platform height - which other venders don't offer! Customization is very easy to do.

I really enjoyed picking out a climbing frame for my son. The site offers many great designs and accessories, as well. I would recommend Wickey to others.

Spent ages looking to get a swing set for my kids but could not resist upgrading to a climbing frame as well given how well they look and the additional cost to add it on. No other website can offer such a range of outdoor products at the same quality.

Now just waiting to receive the recent purchase.
