Disappointed
Extremely disappointed with the photo charm. I could have either laughed or cried when I opened the packaging. It was meant as a special gift but feel embarrassed to give it now. The picture is so unclear and nothing like advertised on website which look clear because they have been 'blown up' to show a good image when in reality you would need a microscope to see the photo!!Clever use of photography on website but not in the actual real product. Only 25 positive reviews on here which are probably fake. This is my honest opinion...….

Sorry you are dissapointed. We recommend following our personalisation guidelines for photos to make sure you get the best outcome possible. The quality of a print is determined by the quality of the photo used. Trust pilot reviews are not fake, there are only a few because Trust Pilot is not our chosen platform for gathering reviews. I see Trust Pilot have now removed your advert for another company within your review, that would ironically make it look fake! Thank you

I would give this company 100 stars if I could.
I ordered a personalised charm 2 days ago and I have it with me today and it’s perfect.
I had to have a few things checked and was communicating with Matt who was very quick to respond and extremely polite and professional.
I will definitely be shopping with company again. Fantastic all round.

Great company
Annalise jewellery made me a charm for my 25th wedding anniversary as a present for my wife,
The charm was made exactly how I wanted it ,
Matt helped me with the design and the service was very good ,
The finish was so good I ordered a second charm which again Matt helped to design and all were delivered within a couple of days
This company gives good service and are very easy to work with ,
My wife loved both of the charms and we would recommend the company to anybody.
