I purchased a recumbent bike that came with two right pedals, so I reached out to the customer support email in the instructions and they responded within hours. They were so apologetic and professional. They immediately got me out a left pedal, and have been super communicative throughout the process. Good customer service should be a given, but it’s not, so when it happens it’s refreshing and heartening. Shoutout to Yanna for being an A+ representative of this company!

I purchased the Strength Station from…
I purchased the Strength Station from their website. I thought it would be useful for weekends at the camper, etc. They sent me something that says, "Halo Strength Studio". It looks the same, but it doesn't work. The resistance settings don't increase the resistance. On max level, I can pull the cable with a single finger. There is no eccentric resistance either.
Their customer support is slow as can be. Admittedly, I am use to Amazon who responds quickly. However, they are going back and forth asking for video, then proof, etc. etc. I paid $500+ for this thing. I sent video showing it doesn't work. Get it resolved!

They told me to contact them upon receipt of my item and they would issue a small credit for the inconvenience, which they followed through with. Good customer service!

I ordered a rebounder 10 days ago
I ordered a rebounder 10 days ago. I received one message 5 days ago that it had been delivered. I was home, it didn’t happen. I tried calling to find out what was going on, but the phone number doesn’t work. I emailed them, I was given a shipping number and link to tracking site… no information came up. Now the tracking site says it’s 8 days in transit, but all other information is “unknown”. I have no idea if my equipment is coming or not, or when and if it’s going to be delivered.
UPDATE
I was contacted by Fed Fitness. I am so happy to report their customer service went way beyond to find out the problem and fix the situation. I now have a delivery date by the shipping company. Not exactly sure where the mistake happened, but I now believe it’s a one off rather than a normal situation. After dealing with their customer services, I would have no problem ordering more equipment from Fed Fitness.

Customer service listened well and were respectful of my concerns and during problem solving of delivery matters that were beyond their control. They responded promptly and with professionalism and kindness. AND the Yosuda EM1 Long-Stride Magnetic Elliptical Machine is genius so far... just first week. Quiet.

So far, my experience with FED Fitness has been exemplary. I’ve emailed some questions to them and received swift, helpful replies. I bought a Bcan mini trampoline from the company and am trying it out to see if it’s a good fit for me. I’m hoping everything goes well and that there will not be a need to return it. The company has assured me that they will work with me if it turns out the trampoline isn’t working out for me. I appreciate that they seem to appreciate their customers and that they value communication.
