I’m just getting started, but the nurse practitioner I met with was professional and all my questions were answered.

I am very happy with my experience thus far with Fem Excel. It is a little costly but when you consider everything is done from home (a huge convenience factor), and that they do not hold back hormones that you need and they treat you like an adult. The nurse practitioner genuinely listened as I described the suffering caused by my symptons and she took my suffering into consideration as part of my treatment plan. I am very glad I pulled the trigger and went with Fem Excel. I definitely have gotten my money's worth.

Never got the product. I sent multiple emails to their support team and got ghosted. Absolutely a scam I ordered the product over a month went by still nothing

This Company provided the health care I needed when regular Doctors wouldn't take the time. They listen, evaluate symptoms, and perscribe accordingly. The follow up care is always available and their pricing very fair! I feel amazing! So grateful for their service.

I had a video chat with a provider and she kind of explained what i needed but not too much in depth. She said she will be emailing me the prescription and I’m thinking the breakdown of everything and what exactly everything entails. I waited nothing no account updates no email. I checked my bank account I’m getting charged $370 from this website i didn’t ever receive a break down or anything from this company as to why I was getting charged. Then I get a email saying my prescription is being reviewed and still no , email. I called asked for a refund. I’m really disappointed that as a woman you can’t even let us know hey this is the cost how do you want to proceed!? Very unprofessional service
