Good company I think they try
I like the people I deal with on the phone NP Megan and Leah when I need to get a message to Megan. I don't like the phone calls that there is no one there when I answer and the phone calls that I can not understand the person calling. I wish they spoke more clear English.

This HRT provider switched me to oral…
This HRT provider switched me to oral estrogen, which is actually metabolized differently. I ended up with 5 weeks of hormonal pain and bleeding, and then a full blown period after being menopausal for 2 years.

Hiring great people who are willing to…
Hiring great people who are willing to listen and then explain in detail why you are feeling certain things not realizing that hormones can actually make your body react that way. Drs. don’t tell you that. I have even asked my PCP if I should be on hormones and she said no. I love my person I’m in contact with she is very knowledgeable.

My provider is so nice. She explained everything so well and asked alot of questions. Gave me great advice and instructions for the medications I am being prescribed. Would definitely recommend Fem Excel to anyone considering HRT therapy.
