I started my Fem Excel journey six months ago. I was really struggling day to day with body pain, hot flashes, etc. Every symptom that I could imagine and even more were taking over my life. I'm 62, postmenopausal,and was dismissed by many Healthcare providers over the years that were either uneducated about hormonal issues or they were just plain dismissive. They would simply hand me a script for another medicine to add to my already growing list of prescription meds that I had. Over a 15 year period I suffered not knowing if there was anything to help. I had had a partial hysterectomy (tubes and ovaries still intact) in the late 1980's and was told by my Dr back then that I should not have any problem flying through menopause. They actually called it the "honeymoon hysterectomy" back then. Fast forward through the years, many Dr's, many female issues and misdiagnosed on a regular basis. I was ready to give up. Then, I found Fem Excel, researched the company and have never turned back! I feel AMAZING and I finally have my life back! I HIGHLY recommend FEM EXCEL to anyone struggling with hormone issues. The clinicians are great but the customer service is horrible! I’ve only had 2 orders from the pharmacy that were correct in 1.5yrs. When refill time comes it’s a complete nightmare. Last month it took me almost 3 weeks to get my refills because once again the person that answers emails and the phone did not do their job. Come to find out my clinician had ordered labs and until I got those done nothing was happening. It took me multiple calls and emails to get things figured out. The first call I was told the meds had already been sent out and to wait. I waited almost a week and finally called again and the same person on the phone told me everything was held up because of labs. Their service is spread across the US and one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. The Jamaican woman that answers the phone always sounds assuring and nice but with her I never can get a straight answer and nothing gets solved. I should not have to call and message multiple times to get things done.

This company is amazing. Had a video call with a very nice caring MD. She explained everything very careful and prescribed hormones for my low sex drive and poor sleep pattern. I am excited to start my treatment. She said it will take a few weeks to feel the difference.

Dr Figg was friendly, informative, explained things clearly and answered all questions and no pressure at all and. He was offering a service not trying to sell something. Strongly recommend.

They sent me prescription hormones before getting my test results. Turns out they were not right for me and were unsafe for me to use. I canceled my monthly plan which still had 3 weeks left to it before the next charge, but I was shut out of of my portal and could not have my scheduled appointment for the follow up on my test results, which I paid for. Bad business practices. Not happy.

My Dr was in time very knowledgeable and personable. Ask me seceral questions regarding health. And nkw waiting for my kit and getting Dr managed hormones

Don't know what I would do without FemExcel. Getting competent affordable HRT was near impossible before I found them!

I like the people I deal with on the phone NP Megan and Leah when I need to get a message to Megan. I don't like the phone calls that there is no one there when I answer and the phone calls that I can not understand the person calling. I wish they spoke more clear English.
