Great platform and great service from Feno

I’ve been using the Feno electric toothbrush and Feno mouthwash for about two months now, and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible.

One of my favorite things is how fast and easy it makes my morning routine. In about 30 seconds, I’m done brushing, and I feel confident that all of my teeth are getting cleaned thoroughly. With a traditional toothbrush, I always worried about missing certain spots, but Feno takes that concern away.

Since switching to Feno, I’ve noticed healthier-feeling gums, no more dry mouth when I wake up, and a significant improvement in fresh breath throughout the day. Overall, it’s made taking care of my teeth much easier while helping me maintain better oral health.

If you’re looking for a more convenient and effective way to brush your teeth, I highly recommend giving Feno a try.

I bought Feno for my 13 year old daughter and she loves it. She brushes on her own and I know I can count on Feno that she brushes her teeth the right. Shortly after, I bought one for myself, I also enjoy the easy and quick brush. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service and great products

I ordered the Founder's bundle. My oral care is markedly better, per my dentist and dental hygienist from using the brush alone. There have been some issues with the handles from time to time and Feno has been happy to replace them. Customer service is easy to communicate with and do their best to assist in every way possible. I find the value of the brush worth the cost by a margin.

I love the product and continued support and updates.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered from Feno over two months ago. After waiting with no updates, I was finally told by their customer experience team that they were dealing with a "temporary stock issue". They tried to smooth it over by offering extra Feno Foam, but it's been over two months now and the item still hasn't even shipped, with no communication in between. It is completely unacceptable to take customers' money for items you don't actually have in stock to fulfill. I have officially requested a cancellation and a full refund. Avoid this company unless you want your money tied up for months.

I've left reviews for Feno before because I genuinely love this toothbrush, but I had to come back and write specifically about their customer service — because it deserves its own spotlight.

A few weeks ago I sent them a simple, low-stakes email. My brush wasn't holding a charge the way it used to, and I was really just asking whether this was a known issue after about 18 months of use. I wasn't complaining. I wasn't demanding anything. I was genuinely just looking for information.

The response was immediate — and completely blew me away. No runaround, no request for purchase records, no lengthy troubleshooting questionnaire. They simply told me they were putting a new brush in the mail.

In a world where getting a company to acknowledge a problem — let alone actually solve it without a fight — has become an Olympic sport, Feno just handled it. Quietly, generously, and without making me feel like I had to justify myself.

This is what customer service is supposed to look like. They stand behind their product and they value their customers. Highly, highly recommend — not just the brush itself, but the whole experience of being a Feno customer.

This is my second review. The first one explained how feno's blinkered focus sells to everyone as if we are all in the US, but anyone buying outside the US will not get the same treatment.

Everything they post takes months to arrive. The most recent shipment still hasn't arrived 2 months after it was sent. This is no longer a problem as I am no longer using the device, but it's a good indication of the inefficient service they offer.

So why a second review?

When you buy a feno they give you this whole story about an AI scanning process that can accurately measure which mouthpiece personally fits you. This turns out to be a process where they take a photo and then manually guess. I got sent 2 mouthpieces with the original purchase, neither fit correctly. I asked for sizes but they refused and then sent another mouthpiece that also didn't fit. They then sent the actual measurements by which I could see why none of them fit, and the last choice of mouthpiece size was posted (the item that has never arrived) So during this multi-month-long waiting process, I was using the best fitting mouthpiece that wasn't quite the right size, did not account for overbite misalignment between upper and lower teethlines and it damaged an implant that will now cost me about £4000 to fix. My implant was not lose beforehand, but it is now, caused by the shaking motion. There's nothing worse than spending so much time, effort and money to improve things, and the knowing that your own decisions have made it worse.

So you should be very careful when considering whether to use this toothbrush. It's basically a mouthpiece that's being shaken from side to side, there is no 'intelligence' to it, especially when it comes to mouthpieces. Their claims of matching shapes and sizes to a large dataset appears to be complete sales talk, because none of the mouthpieces I was sent even reach the last molars, all of them might be suitable for 28 teeth (perhaps thats a norm in the US) but they do not clean all 32 and they basically have 5 fixed size options. All mouthpieces I was sent assume a perfectly aligned bite, and if you have an overbite the pressure is not as intended.

I didn't write this review straight away because I was so angry. If I lived in the US I have no doubt I would be suing them for damages, and I consider they got off lightly by just giving me a full refund, but that does not come close to the dentist bill I now face to repair the damage.

In summary, for me a complete financial and dental disaster.

If you already have strong health teeth and a perfect bite, this idea might work for you. If you have overbite, implants, other structural dental work or anything lose in your mouth I would recommend you stay away.

I ordered over a month ago with a promise of delivery within 3-7 days. Now they still have not shipped my order. Their support is useless. I have asked for a refund twice now and they have not responded. On top of this, you have to pay a subscription (which I also had to pay before them shipping). Overall awful experience.

This thing is actually awesome. At my last dentist appointment, I had my best gum checkup ever. Finding the right mouthpiece fit is easy. One thing I didn't know I would enjoy would be the time saving aspect of this toothbrush. Over the course of a week you save: 21 minutes, 30 day month: 90 minutes, Year: 1,095 minutes, which is 18 hours 15 minutes. That's a freaking win in my book. only complaint is the tooth paste. The straw does not reach the bottom making it difficult to get to the last part of the liquid.

I have been using my Feno tooth brush for about 4 months now and I have to say that I love this tooth brush. My dentist said that he has noticed improvements in the way my teeth look so that proves it works. I ended up buying 3 more for my family members. I highly recommend Feno above all other tooth brushes out there.

Excellent product! Have used other u-brushes and this one takes the cake. Next level product and next level customer care. You won’t be disappointed- definitely worth the money.

I LOVE my Feno. My teeth have never been cleaner and I bought one for my boyfriend. My mom just got one too. I think it's amazing. I just wish the tooth foam was more minty.

The Feno Smartbrush provides a 5 star brushing experience every time and I love it. I developed a very severe, mentally and physically draining OCD when brushing my teeth, and the Feno Smartbrush is definitely helping to snap me out of my intense daily brushing sessions.
Also, Feno Customer Support is absolutely world class, so you can rest assured that any issue will be dealt with promptly in a super professional and friendly manner.

Great product in theory, but falls short. Mouthpiece is very large and uncomfortable, and actually made canker sores in the back of my mouth from the friction of the mouthpiece the very first week.
Even turning the vibration setting to low for 20 seconds still create the same friction areas.

8/10 Cleaning. Often times will miss spots I can still feel plaque on. Sometimes need to brush twice in a row in order to get that clean mouth feeling and all of the plaque off.

The app 0/10. This is where the product falls short the most. Scans are simply photos of your mouth you take yourself. Wildly inaccurate! Used my product and it said I had multiple cavities, plaque, and tooth fractures on the first scan and more issues would pop up with each consecutive scan, giving me a lower dental score each time. And it doesn’t tell you specifically where these “lesions “are, only the side of the mouth they are located on. I immediately made a dental appointment and had none of those issues at all! The dentist actually saying that I had “superior dental .” The app created so much stress and made me super insecure about Poor dental health and negatively impacted my self-esteem for an entire three weeks.

Additionally, the fresh breath score is totally off despite using it for three weeks consistently 2 to 4 times per day I’ve never gotten over a 50/100.

Product OK at best, app is total garbage and if anything negatively impacts your overall well-being creating a false sense of insecurity.

I purchased the Feno Founder's Kit a while ago. Though I did not use the AI feature to scan your teeth and have a professional give you feedback on it, I appreciate the automatic 30-second U-shaped toothbrush function for a busy person like me.

Though people might judge a product like Feno to be gimmick or unnecessary, I find it as a premium addition to my oral healthcare. We only get one set of teeth in our lifetime, and I would like to think whether you, at first glance, judge the product as unnecessary or necessary, experimentation and self-assessment of the product is important to decide if it is for you.

For me, I found this product does the job for my needs of brushing quickly and getting to work or going to sleep paired with other oral care systems.

Give Feno a try!

Feno has genuinely changed my brushing routine for the better. It's faster and more thorough than traditional brushing — full mouth clean in 30 seconds or less, which sounds too good to be true, but here we are. Huge lifesaver on tired nights when two minutes feels like forever.

Customer service has been excellent too — Mona in particular was super responsive and helpful!

One thing worth knowing: regular non-foaming toothpaste doesn't really work with this brush, so stick to foaming formulas. I've been using nanohAP and fluoride toothpastes from other brands without any issues, but Feno's xylitol toothpastes are solid as well.

My only real hope for the brand is that they go after the ADA seal of acceptance next — it would go a long way in getting this awesome gadget into more homes, because it genuinely deserves to be there. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my Feno electric toothbrush! From the very first use, I could tell this wasn’t your average toothbrush.
