We requested trophies to be made for awards for a group of young people who completed a programme, however we had had a tight turn around of 4 days, the team was great they sent proofs over the next day and had our trophies delivered within the next two days, great finish and cases and the young people loved them!

Fen Regis recently supplied me with two engraved glass trophies and were thoroughly helpful and communicative all the way from my initial enquiry to my receipt of the trophies a few days later. I was able to design and amend my engraving with their help, and they gave helpful advice. The glass trophies were produced and shipped quickly, and looked great. Incredible service. I was trying to get a replacement trophy for one of my daughters that I had smashed. Fen Regis had a similar one, and when I sent a picture of the broken one to try and match the engraving, they not only replicated the engraving, but also the logo for the event on the trophy - which I had expected to have to recover from the old trophy. This was over and above my request annd I was absolutely delighted with the level of service.
