Annie and Gene are a godsend
They are very easy to reach and are very personable. I requested injection nurses for my whole cycle and they worked with me to provide me with the best fertility nurses to cover the entire two weeks!

Lifesaver
As a sensitive person who struggles with injections, it was such a relief to work with Fertility Home Care. They were incredibly supportive, and made the process much less stressful for me. Gene and Annie were super responsive, caring, and able to accommodate my schedule. I worked with 3 nurses who were all very professional and kind. I can’t recommend them enough!

So worth it! Wonderful experience
Fertility Home Care made my IVF experience way less stressful. The 2 nurses I worked with were so gentle and kind and made me very comfortable. This is money well spent if you don’t feel confident or comfortable doing your own injections. I can’t recommend them enough!

I'm so grateful to have found Fertility Home Care. I found the process to be seamless and Gene was very communicative with me and answered all of my questions. Fertility Home Care is absolutely amazing! The owners and nurses go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and seen. Their empathy is unmatched and their services are top notch. Having this support, night after night, made me feel so much more comfortable with the IVF process. Having a professional prepare and administer the medication put my mind at ease and took a huge stress off of an already incredibly difficult and emotional process. Fertility Home Care is organized, proactive and ensures that your experience is seamless. I have used them twice now and have told everyone I know (even my acupuncturist!) about it and to spread the word for anyone looking for additional expertise during IVF. No Show, No Call Trigger Shot Nurse
This is my second round of retrieval and wanted to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible after a failed first round. I scheduled a trigger shot for 7pm. The nurse was supposed to arrive at 6:45 to prepare the shot and then administer it exactly at 7pm. At 6:53 the nurse had not arrived and I reached out to the service with no response. I finally had to make the call to mix my shot and administer it myself in a panic before 7pm. I am a self-pay fertility patient and this lack of professionalism has put my over 20,000 investment into my egg retrieval into jeopardy. I reached out to let them know that the nurse never arrived and that I would like a refund. They then called to offer a refund and "a trigger shot credit should I have to do another round of IVF." I am sure this service is fine if it is not a highly time-dependent trigger shot, but for anything where reliability is involved, I would not recommend it.

As I stated on our call, our nurse experienced an emergency and when you reached out to me, I was on the phone with another client. As soon as I saw your message, I reached out that night immediately. Unfortunately, with the immediate nature of a trigger visit, we were unable to replace the nurse that night. We again apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused you and we understand offering a refund and an additional complimentary visit does not replace the visit you desired.
We have done countless triggers in the last 5 years and this is the first case that a nurse experienced such an emergency. I am truly sorry it happened to you in your time of need. I thank you for your feedback and we are working on ways to ensure this does not occur again. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future, our offer still stands. We wish the best on your fertility journey.
