Fields Data Recovery UK Avis 

Had a hard drive with family photos going back years. All the photos of the kids growing up, holidays etc. hard disk died. The lads managed to retrieve all our precious photos. We're very grateful. Top marks.

Great as always, Managed to get critical data back and crisis averted. Took slightly longer than expected due to a mix-up/miscommunication RE Service Level/speed selected but all in all good service.

Fast service. Personal contact and all my data rescued. Not cheap but definitely worth it.

Overall good service. Was surprised at the cost, think it was a touch on the expensive side, but needed the data recovery. All carried out quickly, albeit some data still missing to be told not on the first list which I didn’t receive.

Data Redder NL verleent een service van onschatbare waarde. Mijn oude schijf van 2TB was ineens onleesbaar. Daarop stond 1TB groot al mijn visuele verleden. Grafisch werk voor de hogeschool als docent met heel veel keynotes en een uitgebreid foto-archief van 20 jaar.
Niet goedkoop maar het lab in Londen heeft alles kunnen herstellen en toegestuurd op een degelijke sonnics externe harde schijf van 2TB. Een kleine rimpeling in de levering werd onmiddellijk en succesvol opgelost. Het is prettig te kunnen communiceren in het Nederlands met de vestiging in Amsterdam. Ik weet voortaan het adres voor als er iets is met je data. Complimenten voor de uitstekende service...

They managed to recover all (as far as I can tell so far) of my data that was inaccessible to me on my SSD. 1.3TB! I great relief!

Poor experience. Lost all my data and over £1,600 to Fields Data Recovery. Please do your research. So far Fields have gotten Trust Pilot to remove every review I've written about them. Let's hope this one stays up for a while.

Very easy to work with, very helpful, great customer communication, collection and delivery a breeze, returned promptly and they got all my data back. what more can I say.

I would like to thank you guys for restoring my External HDD, I knew that before my whole HDD was being damaged I didnt think i would get it back anymore but you guys made your promise and did the exact thing that you said you would do and for the expensive price it well worth it.

I'm also very grateful that you guys gave me the extra 7TB from the 16TB storage to use to put my movies & TV shows on instead of the regular 8TB that i had before that defintely a plus point for me.

I would really advice other people to give Field Data Recovery a chance they are very good people price isn't cheap but you'll get what you paid for.

Excellent communication by phone and email, pickup from my home, and a realistic assessment of the chances of success and likely costs. In the event almost the entire disk contents, thought lost, were retrieved successfully. Highly recommended. Would definitely use them again (but hope not have to!)

Al mijn data gered van de externe harde schijf. Via de link kon ik alles weer binnenhalen. Ben er erg blij mee. En telefonisch goed geholpen. Prima!

Fields Data Recovery recovered data on a USB drive that had a mechanical fault and transferred the data to a working USB drive that we provided.
Communication was good throughout and the service was prompt.

I looked the company up online, filled the form in they were very reassuring, saying we will look at the usb free of charge then send a report over then you pay if you want it done. They had the usb for 8days and kept getting fobbed off. Finally they said they could recover the data but would cost £1520+vat just to see what was on the usb then if i want to proceed another £95+vat. I wanted the usb back that cost me £18 for a large letter that cost them £5! When it came back the usb has been pulled apart and not in a usable state, therefore i am unable to retrieve any data off ! Avoid!

Explained the whole process fully and did exactly what was asked, even helped again afterwards when I had problems

My data loss was catastrophic and I genuinely thought that this was the end. However these people came to my rescue. The service which they provided was as much about client handling as it was about data recovery and these people excelled at both. I was kept informed about every 24h about what was being done. My client manager was very good at keeping me in the loop. They were also very good value for money. I would recommend Fields Data Recovery every time. Thank you.
