- The customer placed an order on January 14th 2024
- In an effort to find out what went wrong, we reached out to the customer on January 31st 2024, asking for details and trying to make it right.
- Customer never responded to our emails.

We did find a record in our system that matches the name you have displayed here, but we don't want to assume that it is you because anyone can impersonate anyone online.

Therefore we are asking all reviewers to verify their identity by providing an email or order number associated with the order, so we can verify your identity you and provide a solution.

I'm so sorry to hear that your cat put a claw on your leggings. We think your cat couldn't resist the vibrant print, so naturally, it fell in love with the leggings and had to do what it did.

This is a very unfortunate situation that is beyond our control. However, we are here to HELP, so let's do this, your cat can keep the snagged leggings if it decides so.

And for you, fellow human, we will make an exception to our policy and ship you a FREE replacement. This way, hopefully, both parties will be happy. :)
