Firmoo Avis

I was worried buying glasses online without trying them out. but the amount of specifications that i provided and then working with customer service and even changing my order a bit when already placed was great experence. one pair is not comfy - i get coupon for another one, no questions asked. zero pressure, just lovely communication. glasses are very ok, i got "fun" ones, that are impossible to get in local places because possibly they do not sell well. i understand that, because the prices would be horrendous. but for something around 40 eur including lenses one can absolutely have a "fun" pair of glasses. i will definitely buy more with them.

I'm wearing my new glasses as I write this review.

Exceptional service!! I'm so pleased with my new pair; the lens is thinner, the tint is exactly as I wished and I'm quickly coming to realise how effective varifocals can be!
The frame is a lovely Copper/Bronze that I'm particularly fond of and the now thinned lenses suit them perfectly.
My glasses also arrived 2 weeks earlier than estimated which was a nice surprise.
I will admit that I was hesitant to order glasses online but the website is very easy to use. Once I uploaded my prescription, all I had to do is browse the lens options and pay.
I should also note, the Varifocal option, tint and thinning that I ordered would have cost in excess of €500+ at a certain high street optician, it was a fraction of that with Firmoo.
I can't recommend Firmoo more highly, I'm definitely ordering from them again!

I love my new glasses they look amazing and were shipped very quickly.

Good range of glasses and easy enough to put in my prescription, customise my glasses and check the costs ans I went along. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Love the sunglasses but the normal glasses just weren’t suiting me, customer service resolved this very quickly and I’m happy.

Easy process to order, ordered for my son, order to delivery was 10 days and product is better than expected. I would have liked more colour options for boys but the glasses we got are really impressive especially for the price we paid. The quality is much better than expected. They are flexible and adjustable and the lenses are perfect. I was worried they would be really thick but the option to slim them was 30% which actually is great. Would recommed firmoo

Very good support - can't fault it.

Very honest and trust worthy and responsible good quality fashionable fast shipping definitely will recommend to my family and friends thanks

I recently purchased two pairs and I’m extremely happy with them, I wear varifocals and was a bit sceptical ordering from a website however I’m thrilled with both pairs so much so I’ve ordered more. I had a query on the design of one pair with customer service and had prompt replies. A fantastic site and great products

Great service - excellent quality

Such an easy website you use! Love that I can save my prescription, as well as my sons! Fast delivery and huge selection of glasses to choose from!!

Excellent service, quick delivery, and beautiful glasses for an excellent price

The glasses are brilliant, got reading, distance and sunglasses and all are perfect. Delivered in 4 days to Ireland with express post.

I made a mistake with an order. Cancelled it and reordered without any problems.

My first time using from Firmoo. I ordered prescription sunglasses and I am delighted with them. The frames look even better in reality. They were a half the price that I had been quoted in the opticians. I will definitely be purchasing my reading glasses here in future.

They are excellent the glasses top quality

Easy to order
Great options
Varifocal lens excellent which is something I was worried about.
Frame quality is ok for the price

Honestly, there’s no reason to look elsewhere. Firmoo saved me €600 on varifocal lenses compared with a quote from a major high‑street optician.

Easy to order different styles and lens requirements, efficient delivery, superb variety of lenses and frames, enjoyed the try on feature.

Great choice of frames, cater to all different prescriptions

Great selection of frames with detailed information which helped me compare offerings to my own glasses. So I got a great comfortable fit and the virtual "try on" feature helped get the style and colour right too. My only regret is not taking the clip on sunglasses option. Next time!
