Firmoo Avis

Efficiency with delivery and customer service

This was my second time ordering prescription glasses from Firmoo and won’t be the last. Excellent choice of frames, went with varifocal lens and all recommended options , colour change, waterproof coating etc . Pairs arrived pretty quickly and well packaged and all work perfectly for me . Follow up by customer service over a small issue was prompt and professional. Highly recommend

No issues - followed the instructions Ang got my perception sun glasses in good time.

The whole experience from starting the order to getting my new glasses. I'm thrilled wit them, game changer! thank you Firmoo

Got the glasses less than 2weeks. Very pleased with the quality/price ratio.

Easy to understand and use
Good communication
Speedy delivery
Great price

The customer service and experience is excellent

Very helpful and provided a coupon for an incorrect purchase, without the hassle of returning the incorrect glasses. Glasses are great value, stylish, moderate quality/durability, and the magnetic clip-on sunglasses are great

Quality and attention to detail is 100%. I'd written 2 different pd values on order and lab noticed and confirmed correct prescription before processing

Took a chance and ordered 1 pair of distance sunglasses and 2 normal distance glasses and they were absolutely excellent. The cost was €54 in total. I'd struggle to get one pair here in Ireland for that price. Going to get details from my optician for my reading glasses and will definitely chance another order from Firmoo 👍 a huge big thumbs up

I love ordering from this company, glasses are very affordable, the prescription is always perfect and the glasses are always good quality. I got updates about the shipping and it delivered on time with no issues.

This was my second order with firmoo. They were efficient , my glasses came well within the delivery timeframe and exceeded my expectation.

Glasses are perfect. Great vision and the tint (sunglasses) is gradual. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Prescription lenses are perfect frames are fab. Great selection and customer service is very helpful even though correspondence is via email they are very quick to respond and sort out any issues. Would definitely use again

I ordered bi focal sunglasses and I will be ordering more. Very good service.

Excellent experience with Firmoo! Great selection of affordable frames, easy ordering and the glasses were exactly as expected. Very happy with the quality and would definitely order again.

Easy to order, glasses are fab, delivery slowish but overall happy

Lovely style glasses. Delivery was very fast and glasses fitted perfectly.

The glasses were perfect, great service

Can’t recommend Firmoo enough. I wasn’t happy with my glasses that I got last year from my regular optician. I got retested with another optician who found my eyesight hadn’t changed.
I sent the new prescription to Firmoo and I’m absolutely delighted with my glasses from them.
Fantastic value, quick delivery and excellent quality. I bought two pairs first including varifocals and photochromic lenses, cost me less than a quarter of what I usually pay. Two weeks later I ordered two more pairs.
Now I can change my glasses to suit my outfit. I have been wearing glasses for decades and I’ve never been as happy with any as I am now.
Firmoo is the way to go!
