I like that the team paid extra attention to the details and contacted me to confirm my prescription information.
I bought one pair of glasses locally and ordered another pair from this website. The pair I ordered online was much cheaper, more comfortable, and looked nicer.
I also used the virtual try-on feature with my selfie to see how the glasses would look on me before ordering. In reality, they looked even better than I expected, and I've received lots of compliments on them. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The service from Firmoo was quick, helpful and professional. I saved a lot of euros by buying through them and I am very happy with my glasses. I did have one small issue whih was resolved happily and quickly.

First time not purchasing my glasses from Specsavers. This company is fantastic. Absolutely great quality glasses. Honestly can't reccomend enough. Ohh received my glasses in less that 2 weeks. Brilliant service. I ordered Varifocals. Ordering process is very easy. Make sure your PD is on you prescription. I had to call Specsavers as it wasn't on it.

Beautiful prescription sun glasses ! Easy prescription upload and range of glasses frames fantastic. I ordered bifocal sunglasses and they are perfect l. Delighted with them and got them for a fraction of the price I was quoted in opticians. Highly recommend.

I got a great pair of sunglasses for driving and I love them. They are stylish as well as functional. The lenses are perfect and polarised. I’m very happy with them.

I wish I had seen more recent customer experiences before ordering from Firmoo because my experience was an absolute disaster. The cheap prices are not worth it when there’s a real chance you may never receive your glasses.

My order took over three months and still never arrived. The issue was their last-mile shipping company, GoFo, which has been under investigation in multiple states over package handling complaints. My shipment was accepted for delivery and then completely disappeared in their system. I even filed complaints in two states after weeks of no movement or answers.

Firmoo reshipped the order, but despite me specifically asking them NOT to use GoFo again, they ignored the request and used the exact same carrier a second time. Customer support assured me they would “resolve it” if there was an issue. The replacement package vanished the exact same way.

After months of waiting, endless emails, and two missing shipments, the only compensation they offered was a free glasses bag, ceramic nose pads, or a cleaning cloth on a future order. Imagine asking someone to place another order after failing twice to deliver the first one.

Eventually they refunded me with a generic apology for the “inconvenience,” but I was left without glasses after more than three months of wasted time. People reading older positive reviews should know that this company’s shipping and customer service situation appears to have seriously declined.

Excellent very easy to do once you get started

I ordered some glasses from firmoo, was so excited when they arrived, lovely colour frame, but I can't see through them properly, just seem off. I requested a return but it's like pulling teeth, I've had questions after questions about what's wrong with them. I told them I can't see through them as I have to bring my tablet really close to my face to see. Another email arrived with loads more questions! I paid 31e and 7e shipping. I'm just going to give up, it's just not worth all the stress and hassle.

I only wish they would have prescription options for NEAR AD. that were below 0.75.
