Waste of money & time!
It's almost been a year with them now and I've had 0 sales and my rankings aren't even high at all. I've been through 3 account managers now and when I requested to cancel, "I have to speak with the account manager" to cancel. Won't be getting a penny more from me, first and last time I ever try a service like this. I don't even know what they do apart from basics which I'm sure I could've done if I learnt it, I was promised good results after 3 months but I've given it more than that and beyond disappointed wasting over a £1000.

Lee is very helpful and easy to talk to, has explained things very clearly. Get the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble and, as complete novices, he has helped us understand the concept of SEO. I haven't been with FirstFound long but…
I haven't been with FirstFound long but I have noticed a difference in my sales. My consultant, Sam, has been exceptionally diligent and made an enormous effort to get to know my business and to help me along with it. I'd recommend. I'd give an extra star if I'd been there longer.

I've not signed the dotted line yet, but after this experience... I will 100% use them and recommend them!
I was contacted by Danny after I submitted an enquiry to bark.com.
Danny didn't sell me the dream, he gave me honest facts and figures, if he was any more transparent, I'd have to call ghost busters.
I will be mulling everything over with my business partner, but thanks to his customer services, I will be using first found, even if it's not viable for me right now, they'll be my go to in the future.
He shown me these templates that they have done, and I love them! Just google "Firstfound showcase".
He even offered me a discount , taking it out of his own commission which I rejected because , I genuinely believe he deserves every penny!
A real credit to the company!
