From the first call to the final draft, the service was exactly as described and the final version was exactly as we had imagined. Jodie headed up trying to get the ideas from my head which is no easy task and Beckie brought it to life.

Kept us going through lockdown
Fantastic service at a great price. We've been in business for 10 years and haven't really bothered with the online side of things that much. This all changed when lockdown struck and we knew that if we wanted to survice then we'd need to do something about it.
We found First Found online and spoke wiht one of their sales guys who was extremely helpful. He advised us that SEO would deliver long term results and build our online presence and help us come out of lockdown in a much stronger position.
We also decided to start an advertising campaign on Google as part of the service to help deliver some instant results.
So far we've been very impressed, we now have some great results and are seeing business coming from our Google listings which has enabled us to cut back on our paid advertising. Our consultant also gave us some great ideas for services that we coould offer while in lockdown and helped us set these up with links for people to pay online.
We just wanted to say thanks and say how glad we are that we chose First Found, they have definitely delivered on their promiese.

I spoke with Phil on the sales team via Linkedin originally, Phil then completed a detailed audit on how my site is found. The report highlighted what I already knew but he was kind enough to offer help in understanding how this has happened.
I will certainly be recommending Phil and First Found to other companies that are looking generate online sales.

Just had an hour's web training on wordpress with Beckie Hough from Firstfound.co.uk, it was absolutely brilliant, Beckie was so patient and professional, not once did she tut or make me feel uneasy, after 'all' this isn't a walk in the park, especially when you have never seen the back of a website before, its quite complex stuff but she coached me through the basics with some success i think :)
