Thanks once again, great service, great bus, great guys

They were there in my hour of need. We were let down by our house movers, who messaged an hour before they were due to arrive. I got on to First Self Drives website and booked a Luton Van for the day. The process was easy and at just after 8am they called us and we went off, with our ID to collect the van. Process was speedy and the staff there couldn’t have done more for us.
The van was spotless inside, so we had no worries about our belongings getting any dirt on them. All in all, a brilliant company and I shall be making them my first port of call for my next hire.

The whole team at first self drive are so helpful and friendly they kept my cycle over night in their garage saved me taking it back home.The van was great and for marks and scratches they had it all on tablet and they pointed of marks which I struggled to see. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Competitively priced, van was great too but what blew me away was the customer experience. Such a friendly and helpful team, can’t do enough for you and sticks out like a sore thumb (for all the right reasons) in today’s customer comes second culture we have become accustomed to. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I arrived to pick up the van I booked online at 8.30am and was greeted with a warm welcome by a friendly bunch of staff. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was given a full explanation regarding the vehicle return. I've used this company before and will continue to do so and I highly recommend that anyone wishing to rent a van uses these guys. My go to van rental place, thanks guys.

I had the best experience ever hiring a car. The process was straightforward, fast and smooth. All the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. I got my deposit back immediately after returning the van, and the van itself was brilliant.

First time I’ve used first self drive, I’ve hired many cars, vans and a couple of minibuses over the years but this minibus I hired from first self drive was most likely the best service and vehicle from a hire company I have received… The service on the phone right to collecting the keys is 100% kind and polite and very friendly.
The minibus was a 2020 plate and still looked a showroom condition when I collected it.
Already got my next date booked with these guys.

I have rented a lot of cars, in many different parts of the world, and quite a few in Norwich, and no where have I had better service. The cars are great, you get personal, friendly, helpful service from people you can call direct and who really care. I just wish I had discovered them years ago. If you are renting in Norwich, this is the place and these are the people to rent from. I rented a Corsa for a month.
