Travelling in from USA my rental needs were very specific. The staff were excellent and all so friendly. I was able to get exactly what i needed for my time in the UK with minimal fuss and at a very fair rate. Everything was made very clear at pickup, and again uppn return.

The car was brand new, spotless and a hybrid too. I could not have been happier. This is now my go-to car rental company.

I love this company. Vehicles are always in great condition and everyone does their best to help. Always my go to people for van or car hire. Just had a huge Kia Sorrento for 3 days to move daughter between Uni houses in Leeds. Perfect for the job, less than 3000 miles on the clock and did the job really well.

I needed a Car urgently to go and pick up my Dad who was unwell and 2hours away. Left a Message on a Sunday Evening and amazingly got a reply and Booked an Automatic Car to pick up on the Monday Morning. When I arrived I got excellent Welcome and they were very kind and efficient. Was shown how to work the Car and set off in planned time. I would recommend to anybody and use them again should I find myself without my Car again.

We hired a car for 2 weeks when my son visited from Canada this week, because I booked it when my son was still in Vancouver Wayne was extremely helpful and got the hire all set up before he arrived so it was so easy when we collected the car. Best customer service I've received from a car rental hire so far. Staff were friendly and patient when helping me make a telephone booking. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy. The car was in pristine condition and the price very reasonable. 10/10 highly recommended.

The whole team are pleasant and efficient but there is also a trustworthiness. We hired a Ford Transit Custom in order to collect family with lots of luggage from Gatwick. When we came back David noticed a score just below the driver’s door. My face fell. He said “I’ll just go and check whether it was there before.” He came back beaming, saying that it had been there.
Integrity about regulations, payment, everything

I hired a Luton van for 24 hours to move house at an amazing competitive price. Some ‘alternative’ well know vehicle hire companies were double the cost and only available current day or would incur an additional day cost.
The gentlemen in the office were very friendly, in particular the handsome man with the beautiful hair! 😉 you know who you are!! 🤣🤣
