Always Helpful Always professional
I have been meaning to leave a review for First self-drive for some time. They have never let me down they have always been professional and they have always gone over and beyond to help me. Plus they are really nice people to deal with. If you cant get on with them then you need to look at yourself.

Excellent customer service
Rented a Luton van for a house move. The van was easy to drive. The vans features were explained really well when at the depot.
Biggest plus point is the customer service. Really helpful, approachable and professional guys. Would recommend to anyone

10/10 for First Self drive.
The team sorted out car hire for me at very short notice and at very good rate. I've only recently moved to the area and I think I hit on the best rental company first time. I would definitively hire from First Self Drive again and would very much recommend them for, value for money, excellent customer service, high quality vehicles and honesty.

Excellent service, couldn't recommend higher
We couldn't recommend First Self Drive any higher. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, as was the van we hired.
Few places rent Luton vans, and we went with First Self Drive based on the previous reviews and were certainly not disappointed.
The van was clean, tidy and in great condition and perfect for our needs. We'll certainly be coming back again!

Really great service. I arranged the hire on the website which was really easy to do. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Vans are clean, new and easy to drive. Will be continuing to use them and highly recommend.

Amazingly, the Ford transit/Luton was the most comfortable commercial vehicle I’ve ever driven and I’ve driven a lot!

Great prices below competitors, brand new spotless van which had touchscreen apple carplay, super friendly and informative staff and the deposit was back super quick too! CANT FAULT THEM!

Cant fault any part of the staff, service or product.
Staff were helpful, polite and informative. Service was simple and easy to book, and all good value for money.

I cannot fault the service provided by First Self Drive. From the ease of booking, competitive pricing and speed of deposit return, it could not have been better. All of the vehicles are well maintained and I shall certainly use them again when needed.

Don't even bother looking anywhere else, these guys are fantastic. The service that we received was superb from start to finish, easy to book and accommodating when we needed to extend our booking with no hassle. The vehicles are the best and cleanest that you will find. Great customer service and competitive rates.
